We collect, relate, and analyse data to develop actionable conclusions that optimise industrial performance and directly contribute to maximising return on investment.
With this objective, we have developed our Prinnel MaaS, our Monitoring as a Service solution. The data processing is based on three steps performed by our team of data analysts using specialised software consisting on the below:
Data collection
We collect all information from various sources into our secure cloud server, ensuring centralized access and storage. Then, we establish correlations between the data—either by grouping them by machine, performing calculations, or developing conditional rules—to extract relevant insights that support data-driven decisions.
Data analysis
We perform real-time automated monitoring to detect deviations from preset parameters, ensuring continuous oversight of system behaviour. Using specialised software, our team analyses the collected data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies. Insights are compiled into clear, regular reports and delivered to the client.
Conclusion development
We formulate conclusions based on the analysis, enabling clients to clearly understand the underlying causes of the observed results. This deeper understanding transforms raw data into valuable insights, supporting strategic decisions, improving operational efficiency, and ultimately increasing the value derived from the data.
The findings developed can be presented in various formats, depending on the type of information monitored and the reason why the client is analysing the data.
At Prinnel we consider four output typologies for our customers’ data.
Notifications, Warnings and Alarms
This real-time function immediately informs the customer when an anomaly is detected and triggers an alarm during the analysis process. Communication can be via email, SMS, or other methods.
Real-Time Process Data
Real-time data visualisation through customer-specific dashboards on our web-based platform. This allows the customer to monitor the current status remotely, without the need to install software locally.
Assessment and Decision Making
Report produced by Prinnel’s data analysts, where the data collected over a specific period is thoroughly analysed. Incidents are compared with the previous period, trends are identified, and the overall progress of the facility is clearly presented.
Other Software Integration
For those companies that prefer to have all data integrated into their own systems, such as MES, ERP or PowerBI among others. Prinnel can feed the results into other customer platforms, after analysis and conclusions are performed.
